Happy Thanksgiving.
This is your last chance to enter the contest - tomorrow (friday) when I sit down to blog I will also try to remember to pick a winner.... but it might be saturday before I pick. We'll see. Either way, the contest closes tomorrow night when I sit down and blog.
No knitting done today. Instead I slept in a bit, then rode up to a family meal and let the kids play and rode back tonight. I love thanksgiving. It is nice to get together and be thankful. I dislike it because it signals the beginning of the commercial aspect of Christmas. I try to get the shopping and planning done as early as I can so I can then enjoy the rest of the season, because no matter how hard I try I can't get rid of these material aspects completely. My husband and I are trying to get all the gifts and *things* planned out now... wish us luck!
